We would like to extend an invitation for your business to participate in the Lewiston Clarkston Bridal Fair. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, February 10th 2018 from 10am to 4pm. I’m offering some great new sponsorship levels that are sure to ignite your business growth throughout the Lewis Clark Valley and surrounding areas.

This well advertised event is designed for you to showcase your service or product to hundreds of brides-to-be. We are proud to have a history of over 23 years of successful, well attended events and expect this year to be great! In the past, we have had participants from every realm of the industry and we welcome you and your business.

The fee for this event will include the booth space you choose (8’x16’ is $225.00 and 8×24 is $375.00) there will be a $50.00 fee if the accompanying registration form and proper fee is not received by January 31st, 2018. You will have the use of our 8ft tables (up to 2 per booth), one black table linen per booth and chairs. Extra table linens can be rented through the Bridal Fair organization for an extra fee of $10.00 each, please make sure you add that to your registration form if needed. Electricity & internet will be available at every booth. We will be advertising the event via radio, television, newspapers, flyers, Facebook, and on our website www.lewistonclarkstonbridalfair.com. We ask that you also help promote the event on your Facebook page, reader board, word of mouth, etc.
